Nous te remercions mille fois pour ton aide à l'achat de notre belle maison.  Ta persévérance et ta patience à travers des maintes et maintes visites (on a perdu compte combien) ont finalement porté fruit.  Nous l'avons trouvé cette maison de rêve sur le terrain parfait.  Ce n'était pas facile trouver les deux à notre goût.  Merci de nous avoir encouragés quand nous étions démunis.  Merci pour ta tenacité, ta persistance et ta bonne humeur contagieuse.

Dear Lynne,

My wife and I sold our house in Quebec and decided to move into Ontario. Not only did we not understand the market but we did not know all the different regulations. That is where Lynne came in, her service went beyond any expectations, we were explained everything in detail and she drove us all around the Ottawa Valley to find what we consider our dream home. Never would I have believed that a real state agent would take us under her wing and treat us like royalty. We were more than a paycheck to her we were as good as family. We interviewed three realtors before our house-hunting trip last October and we decided to go with Lynne. The next day, Lynne started to send us listings (according to our specifications) to give us an idea of what was available. The day we finally met Lynne, she had already made a very impressive schedule of showings and by only the second day and 26 houses later, we found our house. When we knew it was time to sell our home the search for a real estate company and agent was on. As a business person I of course set up interviews which unbeknown to us was an odd approach for the real estate world - we however recommend this approach to everyone.

When I contacted Lynne she asked if she could come last so she could be remembered and judged against the others that came before her, gutsy for sure.  Well let me tell you if I had to articulate my first impression of Lynne I could only say it was like seeing your best friend after years of absence.  Overwhelming feelings of warmth, caring, understanding and more importantly an air of trust you know you can count on hit me full throttle - this was a "wow" moment.

Odd first impression I know, but boy Lynne has not changed since then nor did she change with our various friends who we recommended her to.  Our first impression of Lynne was related to our friends and they have all came to the same conclusion as us - Lynne quite simply is a client's dream come true.  Her tactics are simple, outstanding service, genuine care, positive attitude and the warmest of personalities.

En Janvier 2006, mon condo a Rockland est mis sur le marché par une firme et un représentant de bonne reputation.Malgré l’effort de cette équipe, aucune offre ni solution n’ont été soumises. A l’échéance du contart précité, j’ai contacté Lynne pour une rencontre au condo.
